Elaine Steven Beauty College/Advance Beauty College Wentzville (OPEID 025647) acknowledges that the institution signed and returned to the Department the Certification and Agreement and the assurance that the institution has used, or intends to use, no less than 50 percent of the funds received under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students.

On June 26, 2020 the institution received the funds in the amount of $134,549.00, the total amount of Emergency Financial Aid Grants distributed to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act as of June 26, 2020, to distribute to students at the main and additional location. The institution is responsible for allocating the funds based on the needs of students. These funds are allocated for both Elaine Steven Beauty College (69 Students) and Advance Beauty College Wentzville (12) students. Students, currently attending at the time the Disaster Declaration was announced, will receive a check in the amount of $1661.09 . This was calculated by taking the total amount of student funds received ($134,549.00) divided by the total number of students (81), the total number of students who have received an Emergency Financial Aid Grant to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act.
