Holiday Nail Know-How: Stepping up Your Nail Game

Nails…we love them. Many beauty professionals will tell you that nails are the most artistic and fun side of their work. For being so small, nails provide nail technicians with a lot of room for creativity. They can also be a great way to show your holiday spirit. At Elaine Steven Beauty College, we look for any excuse we can fine to search for awesome nail art and the holidays are a perfect one!

Here are some of our favorite holiday nail designs. Pick your favorite one to help you celebrate!

Winter Wonderland

If you’re looking for a good overall winter nail design, here’s a few to choose from:

  1. Antarctica

    A nail design like this one will almost positively get you excited about the holiday season! The attention to detail and the cute penguin make this one a winter time go-to.

  2. Snowy Park

    If you want an example of how artistic and detailed nail art can get, here it is! If you want to go above and beyond give something like a try. It will truly test your skills.

  3. Ice Fade

    If you love long acrylic nails, a design like this ice fade is a great choice. It definitely has the winter time flavor to help you stand out at all the parties and get-togethers!

Christmas

For many, Christmas is one of the most exciting and fun times of the year! Choosing how to do your nails can be really tricky though. Here’s a few choices to help you out:

  1. Christmas Lights

    If you have a steady hand, try the Christmas light strand on a white background. It’s an awesome nail design if you can pull it off.

  2. Santa Suit

    A Santa nail design would be a perfect nail design for the month of December! Everyone at your Christmas parties will absolutely adore it.

    If you’re running low on time and need something fun for Christmas, the candy cane is always a great option. Simple and quick, yet awesome!

    Once Christmas is over you’ll have a few days to get geared up for the new year. Once you remove your Christmas design, slap one of these one to bring in the new year!
